In the apartment, guests have at their disposal a TV, a fully equipped kitchenette (dishes and kitchen utensils, electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine), a table and two upholstered chairs, a sleeping area with a double bed featuring a high-quality hotel mattress, bedside tables, and a large wardrobe containing an iron, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner. The ergonomic bathroom includes a shower, toilet, sink, shower gel, soap, towels, and a hairdryer. Additionally, the balcony features a comfortable table and chairs.

The building features a public viewing terrace, which we also encourage guests to use.
